Minimum Qualifications:. Knowledge and Education - Minimum Required or Preferred: Minimum of a bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.. Experience - Minimum Required or Preferred: Minimum 5+ years of strategic leadership and management experience in JCCs, Jewish communal organizations, business, and/or non-profit sectors.. Fiscally responsible budget management.. Management training and experience with strong supervisory skills.. Passion for the work of the JCC and an understanding of its role in the community;. Overall administration of daily operations of JCC;. Program administration, development and supervision of major core departments and professionals:. Early Childhood, Camp and Children's. Arts, Outreach, Adult Programming. Catering and Rentals. Fitness. Marketing. Membership, Guest Services. Recreation, Aquatics. Management of professional development, training, recruitment, hiring, recognition and evaluation;. Fundraising as related to specific programs;. Facilitate management staff and program staff meetings;. Involved in the development and administration of the budget;. Staff appropriate committees and sub-committees;. Liaison to JewishColumbus around specific projects and programs;. Provide support to the JCC Board, Executive Committee and others as needed;.
