LEADERSHIP

Models customer comes first attitude while leading by example

Supervises with integrity, honesty, dedication, commitment and awareness

Communicates in a timely manner to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager any violations of policy and procedure by team members

Confidently problem solves and/or trouble shoots during times of uncertainty

Delegates appropriately to ensure store standards of operation are meeting the expectations of City Brew Coffee policies and procedure during hours of operation

Maintains perspective in a professional manner when faced with difficult situations

Uses discretion when communicating with individual coworkers

Does not partake in any form of negative talk pertaining to any aspect of store management, store operations or fellow team members and reports concerns to the store Manager and/or Assistant Manager immediately

Models change by supporting team member morale through management s decision to make changes within the store

Models expectation of dress code, importance of punctuality and attendance

Promotes the culture and vision of City Brew Coffee

PERSONAL LEARNING

Takes responsibility for continuous learning and takes initiative to seek opportunity to increase overall knowledge of City Brew product

Asks for guidance when challenged, to successfully work through his/her learning curve

Accepts constructive criticism with grace and the willingness to proactively achieve desired results

STORE OPERATIONS

Utilizes tools and resources to problem solve operational issues

Knowledgeable of policy and procedure to ensure clear implementation of company expectation and expectations of the Store Manager

Knowledge of external resources to maintain inventory levels and maintenance issues that may arise

Responds immediately to the needs of the store and knows when it is appropriate to phone the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Has complete understanding of store cash handling procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABLITIES

Strong ability to listen and communicate

Strong ability to give direction to team members to meet expectation of daily and weekly tasks

Ability to confidently resolve customer issues in a professional manner

Ability to remain calm during high volume

Ability to multitask with efficiency and organization

Attention to detail with big picture perspective

Remains flexible to work all hours of operation
