Reporting to the Principal, the food service worker plans, prepares and distributes meals to pre-school children, while ensuring clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and in the classrooms when food is brought to each room.
Develops the menu
Works with Administrative Assistant on food order
Maintains documentation as per CACFP guidelines
Maintains clean and sanitary food working environment
Transports food from kitchen to the classrooms in a clean and sanitary manner following DOH food handling guidelines.
Requirements:HS diploma with food preparation or related experience required.
Hours of Work: Typical hours will be Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
